Message to clients

I work with women who are struggling with anxiety, fear, stress, abuse, or trauma. Women who feel stuck in life, who have lost their focus and vision, and want to create a life worth living. Women who want to live a life in harmony and balance with their entire being: body, mind, and spirit.

I am a unique therapist in that I have been traditionally trained in psychotherapy, but I have also been trained in holistic energy-based treatments and spiritual interventions. I provide individualized therapy based on the unique needs of each woman I see. I don’t just give you coping skills or put you on medications. I help you find healing and wholeness.

Your past does not have to dictate your present or future. It is possible to release the pain and hurt in your life so you can create the life you want to live. You are a powerful woman, destined for a life greater than you can imagine.

Phobias & fears - Providing techniques and support to overcome intense fear, anxiety, and panic related to specific triggers, such as heights or crowded spaces

Spirituality & religion - Exploring beliefs and practices related to meaning, existence, and spiritual health and healing; enjoying a deeper felt connection with the spiritual dimension of one's life
