Katherine Heeg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an office in Midtown East, Manhattan. Drawing from over two decades of clinical experience in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, she is an expert in trauma recovery. She prioritizes helping clients heal from deep-seated pains and restore their sense of control, as well as navigating loss and grief, phobias, performance enhancement, and creative blocks.
Katherine is trained in the latest breakthrough treatments for trauma, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM). She integrates these evidence-based techniques with traditional talk therapy to help clients take gentle steps toward recovery.
