Whether you’re deciding about having children, facing infertility, managing life with a new child, or balancing the competing needs of members of your growing family, having the right support can make all the difference. Kathleen Nardella offers a safe space to explore and navigate the complexities of your unique family-building experience.
Kathleen began her career as a litigation attorney practicing in Washington DC and Maryland. Volunteering with local organizations which support new mothers while raising her own two daughters solidified Kathleen's passion for family dynamics.
In order to work with families more intimately, Kathleen pursued a master's degree in clinical social work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work in Baltimore, MD. For several years thereafter she worked with families who were experiencing the trauma of divorce in the roles of custody evaluator, parenting coordinator and therapist.
Since opening a private practice in 2013, Kathleen has continued to apply her skills with individuals and couples, as they complete their education and build fulfilling relationships. Having walked varied paths, Kathleen brings a unique blend of professional expertise, social work acumen, and personal understanding of family dynamics to her work with her clients.
