Message to clients

My goal is to be both deeply understanding and genuinely effective for the people I work with. I am often told that my disarming and authentic nature makes it easy to talk about really difficult things, and I take that trust seriously.

I work with clients who want to sustain the progress they have made and those navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, burnout, and more. My years of experience across clinical, academic, and professional settings allow me to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds and understand them deeply. Most of my clients choose to work with me long term, which I believe reflects the kind of relationship we build together.

Please feel free to reach out and expect a reply within 24 hours. I look forward to working with you.
