Kelsea Pelletier is a licensed therapist who lives in the beautiful state of Montana. One of her favorite quotes states, "The quality of our life depends on the quality of our relationships" by Ester Perel. Kelsea is passionate and committed to walking alongside her clients as they navigate the knowledge, awareness and skills to unlock next level relationships with self and with others. Kelsea believes that by doing so, her client's can become empowered to overcome the blocks that keep them feeling stuck. Many of her clients are survivors of narcissistic parents, partners and/or egocentric societal values who also experience a deep sense of loneliness, anxiety, depressive symptoms and may find themselves in patterns of people pleasing as well as eventual resentment and burnout. Many of her client's also often feel lost and lacking direction without a sense of guidance or approval from others. Kelsea's clients are striving to feel more in touch with their authentic sense of self by coming to a better balance of internal versus external validation.
Kelsea's therapeutic stance is an eclectic blend of evidence based and non-pathologizing perspectives through an intuitive lens to find the right blend for each client. Kelsea's guide posts for her conceptualization include Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Internal Family Systems perspectives as well as the utilization of DBT skills and the poly vagal persepective. Kelsea has experience working with client's from all around the globe from a multicultural perspective, as well as with families, adolescents, young adults to middle aged clients.
Kelsea is currently available for online clients only. Feel free to send her a message to secure your place on calendar or waitlist.
