Message to clients

As a clinician, my goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable and safe to just be themselves. I encourage clients to feel the hard emotions, to share the challenging thoughts, fears, actions, and experiences that they've had with no judgment but with hope of gaining insight into the challenges. I help clients develop strategies through the therapeutic process to overcome them. Therapy is a collaborative effort and I enjoy working with clients to help them find approaches that work best for them and their circumstances. It would truly be an honor to help you along your journey to your best self.
