Message to clients

Are you tired of therapy with blank stares, reflective listening, simple repeating of what you just said, and head nodding while you don't make any progress on your goals? That is not what you will get with me. Clients have told me I'm the most engage therapist they've ever had and I claim the engaged therapist title proudly! You will get dedicated and focused sessions with conversation, challenge, and a clear treatment plan as well as regular check ins with how you're progressing. We laugh, we swear, we cry and find belonging in our work together. We collaboratively create your treatment plan, goals, and come up with solutions to the barriers preventing you from reaching those goals.

Everyone is welcome in my practice regardless of LGBTQIA+ status, relationship status, neurodivergence, body size, race, alternative life styles and faiths. We are a beacon of hope and belonging in a state where many don't feel welcome or accepted. You can come let it all out with me!
