Kitty is an EMDR Certified Therapist and uses a variety of evidence-based methods to facilitate recovery and growth within clients. Her expertise and areas of specialization are in working with trauma and addiction recovery, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and body image concerns. All gender identities, expressions, and orientations are welcome as well as those with alternative faith, lifestyles, and spiritual practices.
Everyone has the capacity to heal and live the life of their dreams regardless of where they started. To that end, Kitty brings authenticity, joy, and safety rooted in curiosity and non-judgment to every session so clients can achieve calm within their bodies and gain confidence in their purpose and direction so they can live the life they’ve always dreamed of connected with their tribe and enjoy a sense of purpose and hope about the future.

Outside of the therapy room, Kitty enjoy sscuba diving in various oceans around the world, being in nature or my garden as well as spending time with my family. Many times she incorporates elements from the natural world into the therapeutic setting.
