Professional statement

Kristin Stiles-Hall, has over twenty years of experience as a Clinical Socail Work with a speciality in: Mindfulness, and Holistic Health. She has a "person centered approach." She has been practicing energy medicine and Reiki for over twelve years. She finds that the combination of talk therapy and energy work allows for deep healing by address the mind, body, emotion and spirt integration.

First and foremost, she deeply listens; present-moment listening is an important part of the healing process. Then, with many healing techniques at hand, she collaborates compassionately with a person speaking assistance to create a plan..

Together with hearing what client tells her and working with the energy centers of the person's bio-field which are called "chakras," she gathers understanding of the presenting situation. She, then invites the body, mind and spirit into balance; creating the natural state of being in which healing is possible.

In a Reiki and Full Spectrum healing session, She places her hands lightly on the fully-clothed body in a number of locations, or her hands may be a few inches off of the body. The client can be either lying down or sitting comfortably in a chair. There is usually a feeling of relaxation, pain relief and warmth, but other sensations are possible. Reiki can empower the body to facilitate physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health; it helps the body work to relieve “stuck” or stagnant energy. It has potential to enhance the effectiveness of any other ongoing treatment method, supporting healing wherever needed.

Not all sessions include Reiki or Energy Medicine; sometimes the sessions center on counseling, spiritual exploration, holistic coaching, guided mediations, and/or mindfulness training. This depends on what is needed in each session.

She creates a safe space for all humans.

Message to clients

Counselor/Healer: I am a Holistic Counselor & Healer

I have a "soil to leaves" approach to health, balance and well-being, For a description: "soil-and-leaves-approach-to-health.html, I look at energy management, grounding, nutrition, environmental stressors, exercise, meditation and much more. I have a "person centered approach" in which there is mutual respect, and partnership with you. I only use diagnostic or clinical language if that that is what you prefer, otherwise, I use language that mirrors a human experience with the intention of wellness and balance no matter what that might be for you.

If you are interested, I offer combined guided meditation with reiki and intuitive readings.

Many whom I have worked with have reported relief from physical, emotional, mental and spiritual pain, as well as, increased awareness around how to lean towards balance, and wellness in their lives.

DISTANCE HEALING & COUNSELING. I am also trained in distance healing. This means I am able to create healing environment with reiki, energy medicine, compassionate listening, intuitive feedback and mindfulness support---without meeting you in person. I meet with you over zoom. We talk for a bit about what is up in the present moment, then continue to do my work with you while we are off the computer. I will ask that you lay down or relax at home. This is a powerful experience. I have found that people who have anxiety and insomnia prefer to use this aspect of reiki while they are at home so that they can relax afterwards.
