Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LICSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW Master of Social Work, MSW Clinical Social Worker Advanced Reiki Practitioner Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsKristin Stiles-Hall, focuses mostly on women's health. She works with adult women who are interested in deepening their healing around: career, identity, parenting, relationships, reproductive health, caregiving, family issues, self-care, physical health issues, feeling "stuck", difficult life transitions, loss, self-worth, depression anxiety, highly sensitive persons and issues with self-compassion.
Kristin has over twenty years of experience as a Clinical Socail Work with many specialities, which include Mindfulness/ self-compassion and Holistic Health. She has a "person-centered approach," in which she creates a safe space and allows for a person to feel heard and seen. She has been practicing energy medicine and Reiki for over twelve years. She finds that the combination of talk therapy and energy work allows for deep healing by address the mind, body, emotion, and spirt integration.
First and foremost, she deeply listens; present-moment listening is an important part of the healing process. Then, with many healing techniques at hand, she collaborates compassionately with a person who is seeking assistance to create a plan. Together Kristin and the client will clarify goals and a plan for therapy. Depending on what a client is looking for, she may assess the energy centers of the person's bio-field, which are called "chakras," to further understanding of the presenting situation. She may even suggest reiki as an option. Reiki can empower the body by facilitating physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health: it helps relieve “stuck” or stagnant energy. Reiki has potential to enhance the effectiveness of any other ongoing treatment method, supporting healing wherever needed.
Not all sessions include Reiki or Energy Medicine; many times sessions center on counseling, spiritual exploration, holistic coaching, guided mediations, support and validation. This depends on what is needed in each session.
Kristin is currently providing remote sessions with availability during the week days.
