Message to clients

Life can often propel us into the "unknown" and to experience "all the feels." It can be unnerving to undergo a major life transition and/or to tackle symptoms of depression. I commend you for taking a leap of faith and investing in yourself. To do the work in therapy is no easy feat. My goal is to create a safe space for you to navigate any challenges you face.

When it comes to therapy, there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach. Therapy is an individualized healing journey to becoming the best version of yourself. As the expert in your own life, I aim to guide you through this process step by step. I am honored to joining you in your healing journey.
