Message to clients

My clients and students value health, self-renewal and self-discovery, and believe that each of us plays an essential role in our healing. I use a meditative, gentle and brief method that: 1) Helps you discover patterns of thinking, feeling and action, 2) Makes emotions feel safe, uncovers core beliefs and images; 3) Utilizes the innate wisdom of the body; and 4) Opens new life choices. Most of my work is with individuals or couples suffering from stress, grief, depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, relationship difficulties, pain conditions, and sleeping and eating difficulties. I accept most health insurances.
