Message to clients

As a psychotherapist focusing on the power to change, I utilize experiential techniques to create connection when working with any population. Experiential techniques combined with creative expression results in resiliency and connected relationships.

In April of 2007 I established a not for profit organization called Time for Teens, Inc (TFT). TFT was developed to hold bereavement retreats, counseling and workshops for teenagers ages 12-19 who have suffered the loss of a loved one.

I believe that in life there are many forms of loss and if we do not find peace and resolution thru these losses we can get stuck.

Let me help guide you and help you navigate the obstacles that are holding you back from living the life you’ve imagined or perhaps have not dared to imagine.

Positivity, intention and the power to change what no longer serves you, inform my practice.
