She is passionate about assisting individuals through the grief and loss process, as well as helping to navigate the waters of chronic illness. Lauren's warm, empathic approach ensures that clients feel at ease and accepted during the therapy process. She recognizes that the choice to come to therapy is not always an easy one, and is grateful for the hard work and collaboration that it takes to engage in therapy.
