Message to clients

We repeat patterns in our lives that are sometimes difficult to break, regardless of how painful these can be. Working collaboratively with a therapist, on a weekly basis, can help you gain insight into the root causes of these behavioral patterns, and subsequently make some changes both internally and in relation to others.

Anxiety - Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks

Depression - Sleep and energy disruption, overall mood disturbance, inability to enjoy yourself, and difficulty being motivated, amongst many other symptoms

College mental health - Adjustment to academic and social pressures, time management, self-care

Adjustment disorders - Depression and/or anxiety related to transitional periods in life

Sexual identity - Questioning gender and sexuality; non-binary identification, transgender identification, queer identity, sexuality and power

Transgender topics - Provides therapeutic support before, during, and after transition

Trauma - Including dealing with past sexual assault, childhood trauma, environmental trauma (e.g. witnessing/experiencing violence), PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder)

Cultural competence - Exploring topics of racial, cultural, and ethnic background as it relates to one’s family origins and personal identity

Client testimonials

Female professional

Dr. Greve is extremely smart, not just in her chosen field, but about life in general which makes her a pleasure to talk to. She has been instrumental in helping me identify negative patterns in my thought processes and my actions. She is open, kind, and a very good listener. She won’t leave you sitting there with long uncomfortable silences to test your resolve and she won’t just sit there and nod her head and say, “hmm. . . and how does that make you feel." She asks intelligent, poignant questions that will help you understand whatever situation you find yourself in.
