Lauren Qualls works with adults, adolescents age 18+ to provide individual counseling. Her specialty is young adults, ages 18-30, but she accepts clients from 18-45. Lauren has helped people of all ages tackle issues relating to anxiety, depression, life transitions, family issues, relationship struggles, burnout, boundary issues and more. She utilizes evidence-based practices such as: CBT, ACT, ERP, mindfulness and solution-focused. However, Lauren recognizes each person is unique and tailors her process to work for you.
