Message to clients

I provide a judgment free environment where no subject is off limits. I work with clients to achieve goals, create boundaries, heal childhood wounds, gain better relationship functioning and transition through the many turns in life, as well as many other mental health struggles. I employ techniques that range from mindfulness, to focusing on solutions.

I understand how daunting and scary therapy can seem, so I strive to create an environment where you feel free to be your authentic self. I look forward to helping you create meaningful, lasting changes in your mental health journey!
