Message to clients

I'm passionate about working with children, teens, and adults to build emotion regulation skills, and I've been doing this work in a range of settings for decades.

Every day brings different challenges. The goal is not to get rid of stress and be happy all the time, but to ride out whatever life throws your way - ideally calmly and thoughtfully, with kindness and compassion and humor.

These are skills you can learn and practice and integrate into your daily life, not only making you feel more present in your life but also improving all of your relationships. I look forward to working with you.
