Dr. Lori Husband is a licensed clinical psychologist with Jimini Health. She helps clients with anxiety, panic, worry, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Dr. Husband uses evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She often incorporates mindfulness, values clarification, and self-compassion techniques into her sessions. Her therapeutic style is warm, authentic, curious, and supportive. She has also worked in private practice helping clients with anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, and break-ups. Passionate about leveraging technology to improve mental health treatment, she's worked extensively with clients in tech and consulting industries. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Stella, reading, listening to podcasts, doing yoga, and playing ping pong.

Dr. Husband is excited to offer Jimini Health's innovative therapy model, which includes text-based support and check-ins between sessions. Research shows that combining messaging-based therapy, live sessions, and personalized exercises enhances the therapeutic experience, helping clients achieve their goals more effectively.

I am honored to walk with clients through difficult phases of life to find hope, relief and ultimately well-being. I believe healing begins with a strong therapeutic connection, and I strive to create a safe and accepting space for us to meet. I am passionate about continual learning and staying up-to-date with the latest research in my field. I aim to offer my clients innovative, thoughtful, and evidence-based interventions.

During our first appointment we will get to know each other and you'll have a chance to share your current challenges, unique history and goals for therapy. After our initial appointment, we will develop a collaborative and personalized treatment plan that is aligned with your values and goals.
