My experience includes working with adolescents and adults of diverse backgrounds in outpatient, residential and hospital settings. My approach to therapy combines various evidence-based techniques to help best meet the individualized needs of my clients. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, mindfulness/meditation, person-centered, strengths-based therapy, trauma-informed CBT, motivational-interviewing, psychodynamic, and narrative therapy.
