Professional statement

Meaghan Muller is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing teletherapy throughout Georgia. She specializes in working with relationship concerns, family issues, life transitions, identity exploration, self-esteem and self-worth, anxiety, and work/career issues. Meaghan has particular interest in working with high achievers who are ready to harness restlessness, roadblocks, and distractions in order to move themselves toward a productive drive with personal and professional fulfillment.

Meaghan's practice draws upon the rigor and diligence that she used in her previous career as an international elite athlete and high level Cirque du Soleil artist to her professional therapeutic style. Her advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, solution focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy allows her to work in a way that suits each client best while focused on end results.

Among Meaghan' goals is to offer her clients a safe space that allows them to explore their many parts. She wants them to leave feeling more empowered to live the life they desire. Utilizing an integrative approach prioritizing clients' unique needs, goals, and values, Meaghan helps her clients reconnect with the parts of themselves and their dreams that have been lost and dismissed along the way, shift the narratives, empower them to stand in their truths, and live more authentic and aligned lives.

Message to clients

Struggling with stress, anxiety, sadness, and even motivation are things that everyone deals with. Many of us encounter roadblocks or hiccups that interfere with our ability to live a life full of joy, meaning, and purpose. Sometimes our thoughts and emotions are what keeps us stuck resulting in merely surviving rather than thriving.

As a counselor and coach, I want to help you establish your own path towards better health and wellness. Whether it is in regards to a major life change or simply a small adjustment, I can help you move towards your vision for the future. Let's work together to identify what’s holding you back, overcome the roadblocks, and help you transform into your happiest and healthiest self.

Speaking from experience, I have learned that setting achievable goals can help bring us closer to our dreams. I have used many of the same strategies I use in my professional work to achieve my own personal goals. By being honest with ourselves about what we want, have the courage to work at it day after day, and embrace progress over perfection, we are capable of achieving so much more than we thought possible.

If you think we might be a good fit, contact me to schedule a free consultation today. I look forward to hearing from you!
