Message to clients

Welcome! I am a friendly, collaborative, and knowledgeable clinician who provides online psychotherapy to adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, and perinatal/postpartum OCD and anxiety. Having OCD makes it hard to be present in your life. You may be having anxious thoughts about contamination, the health of your baby, or something bad happening to someone you care about. You may be having scary, intrusive thoughts that don’t make sense and feel like the opposite of who you are. You find yourself repeating behaviors or reviewing situations in your mind to alleviate anxiety, but the thoughts and anxiety always return.

I am trained in delivering evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety disorders. This means that these treatments are scientifically-based and have shown to be effective for many individuals. Working with me includes, learning 1) a framework for understanding the cycle of OCD and anxiety and 2) skills to help you decrease and manage distressing thoughts and emotions. Additionally, I will help you get back to engaging in your life, so that you can focus on and enjoy what is most important to you.

If you are interested in working with me, please reach out. I am happy to set up an initial phone call to determine whether we are a good fit for working together. I'll also provide further details about my services and answer any questions you may have for me. I look forward to connecting!
