Message to clients

I am very flexible and casual in my therapy process. I want the space to feel as safe and comfortable as grabbing a cup of coffee or going for a walk with a friend. The therapy alliance is so important in working together, so I am always open to feedback on what works or does not work for you. I like to provide a space for whatever you need. Some clients like to spend the time venting or sharing what has been going on, and some patients ask me for suggestions or tips; whatever the case, I am there to provide what you need without any agenda.
