Life can change in an instant. Grief has a way of touching every part of our lives—our relationships, emotions, identity, and sense of hope. I provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can process loss, heal emotionally, and rediscover strength through life’s most difficult seasons.
As a psychotherapist specializing in grief counseling, I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing loss, major life changes, emotional overwhelm, or relationship challenges connected to grief and trauma.
Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, navigating divorce, coping with family conflict, or struggling with anxiety and depression after a loss, you do not have to face it alone.
Who I Help
Teens: Adolescence can already feel overwhelming, and grief can make emotions even harder to manage. I help teens develop healthy coping skills, emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience while creating a safe place where they feel heard and understood.
Couples: Loss can impact communication, intimacy, and connection within relationships. I help couples navigate grief together, strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and rebuild trust and understanding during difficult times.
Families: Families experience grief differently, which can sometimes create conflict, disconnection, or emotional distance. Therapy provides a supportive environment where families can process emotions, improve communication, and heal together.
Individuals: Everyone’s grief journey is unique. I provide individualized support for clients facing loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, or major life transitions while helping them move toward healing and emotional balance.
My Approach
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, supported, and empowered to share their stories without judgment.
I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques while creating a warm and supportive environment tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. Together, we work toward healing, growth, emotional wellness, and renewed hope.
