I assist adults, couples, families, and adolescents ages 14 and up having difficulties managing their lives due to emotional/mood disturbances, adjustment issues, and life transitions. My areas of experience include severe mental illness, self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, women’s issues, relationship and communication issues, substance abuse, anger, self-esteem, grief and loss issues, couples counseling, parent child relationship counseling, parenting, adjustment issues, family counseling, and adolescent concerns.

I’m a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio and the founder of Transcend Psychotherapy United. I hold a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Cleveland State University.
