Professional statement

Natalie believes that the beauty of caring is powerful because being cared for can impact our lives in many heartfelt and tangible ways. This is why she named her private practice The Beauty of Caring Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. Therapy with Natalie provides you with the experience of being truly cared for because she is kind, compassionate, empathetic and genuinely invested in you. This includes your hopes, goals, wants and your overall wellness.

Message to clients

Natalie became blind at the age of 10 and she personally knows what it is like when trauma, depression and anxiety takes over your life to the point where you don't recognize yourself anymore or to the point you don't like the life you're living. Through therapy, Natalie will help you heal from pain, address what you avoid, change what you can, manage what’s unbearable and live intentional. This can be done by acquiring effective tools, realistic action plans and tackling barriers. This can all begin by taking your first step of scheduling a 15-minute consultation with Natalie.
