Nicole Gaither, MSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who provides remote therapy for children ages 5 and older, teens, college and emerging adults, adults, couples, and families across Illinois. She works with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, PTSD, adolescent mental health concerns, substance-related issues, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges, offering care that is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. Nicole integrates EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their resilience.
