Dr. Nikki Rollo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in reproductive mental health, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, stress and anxiety, disordered eating, body image issues, binge eating disorder, and spiritual exploration.
She works with individuals who are trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatments, pregnant or postpartum, and those adjusting to the evolving identity of motherhood. Dr. Rollo also supports clients in healing their relationship with food and body — including disordered eating, binge eating, and chronic body dissatisfaction — using a compassionate, non-diet, and trauma-informed lens.
For those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, Dr. Rollo brings a soulful and integrative approach that honors the mind-body connection, emotional complexity, and inner wisdom of each client. Many of her clients are sensitive, high-functioning adults who have reached a point of transition or inner unrest and are ready to move beyond symptom management into more meaningful self-exploration.
Her work draws from Jungian psychology, mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and spiritually-informed psychotherapies. She creates a grounded, safe, and warm space for clients to explore unconscious patterns, process emotional wounds, and cultivate a more authentic and connected life. She may incorporate breathwork, dreamwork, and body-based awareness and somatic integration as part of the healing process.
Dr. Rollo is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with two decades of experience and holds advanced training in perinatal mental health (PMADs), as well as a certificate in spiritually-informed therapies. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to be a container for transformation, honesty, and inner healing.
Dr. Rollo offers in-person sessions in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY, and virtual therapy for residents of New York, California, and Vermont.
