Message to clients

When self-judgment or the feeling of being "stuck" weighs you down, simply feeling heard and held can make a world of difference. You've tried to manage on your own, but stuckness remains. Many of the patterns that cause us distress today were once adaptive responses to past stressors. In our work together, we won't just look at what is happening; we will explore how it started, how the pattern helped, and how to navigate challenges differently in the present. My hope is to create a space where you can explore heavy feelings and feel heard, knowing you are supported and affirmed every step of the way.

My approach is collaborative, depth-oriented, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Rather than giving you advice, I ask carefully chosen questions designed to help you challenge disempowering beliefs, reconnect with your intrinsic motivation, and shift the way you relate to yourself and others.

Imagine what it might feel like a year from now, the noise of self-criticism may have quieted, replaced by a steady sense of self-trust. When old triggers arise, you no longer freeze or react automatically; instead, you pause, recognize the pattern, and choose a response that aligns with who you are now. If this resonates, let's schedule a time to talk.
