Message to clients

Balancing work responsibilities, home tasks, your partner’s needs, and your family and friend’s needs is ALOT. Stress adds up quickly and its frustrating/disappointing when/if your partner and loved ones either don’t listen, understand, or help in the ways you need them to. So finding a space to flush out your thoughts alone with a therapist or going to couples therapy to smooth out your relationship issues is always a good idea.

Great job in taking this step to find the right therapist for you! I aim to be a dependable source of support, understanding, and compassion for my clients. My hope is that you find comfort in my gift for crafting relatable and nurturing healing spaces. Which has allowed me to excel at guiding 6000+ individuals and couples to actualize their goals.

Know that if you’re coming solo or as a couple we’ll be unpacking the root cause of problematic behavior to increase understanding and awareness of triggers AND implementing change where needed. My motto is just because something is understandable, it doesn’t make it helpful/right. If you’re ready to get the life you deserve with the help of individual therapy, marriage counseling, premarital or counseling. Reach out today. Every commitment (whether to yourself or to others) deserves the attention and care it requires, and I'm here to facilitate that process.

I'm looking forward to a successful collaboration!
