Message to clients

I've learned that life is a journey that is not always kind to us, although life is chaotic you're not crazy you're just managing. The difficulties of life catch up with us and it sometimes are the simplest things that are emotionally draining, knocking you off balance, and opening up wounds that may have never healed. Sometimes managing means using unhealthy and unhelpful coping methods. It may feel like you are under attack both inside and out, affecting relationships with others and yourself. I want to work with you to unpack the things keeping you stuck, help you manage stress, anxiety, and relationship issues.

I use many therapeutic methods to understand and learn how your unique experience has impacted your life. My goal is to collaborate with you to find beauty in your vulnerability and imperfections, help find your voice, tap in to your strengths, challenge how you view weakness, reach your desired goals, and discover your innrG(inner G).
