Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSWYou want to feel connected to yourself and your loved ones, but deep down are struggling to juggle the different aspects of your life or cope with challenging experiences that have occurred recently. Maybe you have trouble recognizing who you are today, feel crippled by anxiety most of the day or don't have the motivation to get out of bed. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to find the confidence in your decision making and communicate with your environment better. Most of all, you’re ready to find joy in the day-to-day again. You’re ready for a new “normal."
The journey of womanhood includes multiple important rites of passage: adolescence; independence; career choices; marriage or partnership; the decision to become a parent (or not); motherhood; empty nest syndrome; and menopause. For many women, it also includes anxiety, depression, illness, fertility struggles, divorce, loss, grief, loneliness and sometimes trauma.
Clients come to Robine needing someone who can help get to the root of their problems, because therapy should be a place where you find peace beyond just what’s wrong today. Sessions are about more than just talking; Robine incorporates both your mind & body, so you can experience wholeness again. She works with clients collaboratively, and will always go at your pace and comfort level.
