Message to clients

Hi, I'm Ryan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with individual adults navigating life's many complexities. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, identity struggles, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, life transitions, occupational stress, chronic illness, neurodivergence, substance misuse, and the unique challenges that can come with living in an often complicated world. My goal is to create a space where you feel fully accepted, understood, and empowered to work through whatever you're carrying

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to you. I primarily work through a CBT framework, woven together with existential and narrative perspectives, to help you examine the thoughts and beliefs shaping your experience, find deeper meaning, and rewrite the stories that may be holding you back. Together we'll build practical skills while also exploring the bigger questions.

I hold a Master's degree from New York University and bring a genuine commitment to inclusive, client-centered care. I believe everyone deserves a space to be fully themselves. If you're ready to take that next step, I'd love to connect and support you on your journey.
