In the course of her career, Sandy has helped people from all walks of life overcome a wide range of problems. She addresses concrete challenges such as serious health or work-related issues. Sandy also has extensive experience treating mental health issues such as low self-esteem and its effect on relationships and career, as well as anxiety and depression.
Sandy has been practicing in Northern Westchester for over 30 years. Since the pandemic, she has been offering telehealth sessions. Her therapeutic approach is integrative; helping the client develop insights while practicing the desired change with concrete strategies that can be learned and practiced. Sandy’s down to earth style is relaxed, pragmatic, and helps you look for the humor and the good that exists in your life. She also is a firm believer in the importance of taking good care of yourself. Like exercise, self-care techniques can be learned and practiced; and like exercise - the more you do it, the better you get at it!
