Message to clients

When it comes to treatment, you have individual choices, insights, and beliefs for discussion in therapy. There are many paths to recovery, depending on what is suitable for you.

We will work collaboratively to build upon your strengths and find solutions. Please feel free to call me and ask any questions about therapy so you can embrace change and your health and wellness goals.

Transitions are challenging – I understand. Your first call to me is the beginning of our journey. Our emotions help us learn to change our behaviors. Learning to be present helps us take action in the moment where we can be successful in being our best selves.

I want to help you live your life with insight, acceptance, and positive coping skills for your health and wellness.
