My role in the therapeutic relationship is to provide services that allow you to build upon some of the innate skills you already possess and to support you in the process that ultimately allows you the ability to live the best life possible. I am a trauma informed practitioner, and I use a combination of diverse therapeutic modalities, tailored to each individual client. I have an extensive background in working with children/families and my specialties include working with Adolescents/Young Adults, Adults, and the LGBTQ+ population. I also offer therapeutic services in the field of relationship counseling. I look forward to hearing from you and I want you to know it would be my honor and pleasure to walk beside you as you continue to partake on the journey towards healing and health in your personal life.


Trauma - Including dealing with past sexual assault, childhood trauma, environmental trauma (e.g. witnessing/experiencing violence), PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder)

Depression - Sleep and energy disruption, overall mood disturbance, inability to enjoy yourself, and difficulty being motivated, amongst many other symptoms

Anxiety - Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks

Couples counseling - Improving communication and problem solving skills with couples from all gender and sexual identities

Sexual identity - Questioning gender and sexuality; non-binary identification, transgender identification, queer identity, sexuality and power
