Message to clients

Hi! I’m Stephanie, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and therapist at Head First Health.

I support millennials with their major life transitions; ones that often elicit a new identity, lots of anxiety and even a feeling of loss or depression. I also work with individuals with OCD, and Eating Disorders.

In addition, if you are a new Mom struggling to make sense of how life has completely changed, anxiously awaiting the birth of your baby, experiencing infertility, perinatal mood shifts, or postpartum–I am here to support you, and help you make sense of it all.

In our work together, I utilize CBT, ACT, ERP and mindfulness-based techniques to help you gain awareness of your struggles and learn new coping strategies to be able to effectively deal with whatever your life brings.

Seeking out support does not only need to be for times of crisis. I believe that everyone deserves an open and empathetic space to allow for growth and progress.
