Stephanie Tipper is a Counselor in Gretna. She works with Individuals and adults starting at ages 18+. Many of Stephanie’s clients come in to address anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and adhd. Stephanie is particularly passionate about serving members of the LGBTQ+ community, women who are transitioning, military personnel. Stephanie is trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered., in which we examine thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, understand what is or isn't working, and shift them to healthier habits. In session, Stephanie focuses on breathing exercises and grounding tools that can be practiced in stressful situations.
