Susan Ryerson, LICSW has extensive experience in helping young adults, college students and adolescents manage challenges related to ADHD, anxiety and depression. Through education, a compassionate understanding and the development of individualized evidence based strategies Susan and her clients develop tools to help manage particular issues and decrease troubling symptoms that are getting in the way of living a fulfilling life.

Susan is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and finds this approach along with a strength based perspective a cornerstone in treating anxiety, depression and symptoms related to ADHD. Susan works together with each client to decide what an individual's needs are and together they develop a plan to fit those needs.

Susan has 15 plus years of experience in working with adolescents and young adults. ADHD is of particular interest to Susan because ADHD is often a very misunderstood and under-treated disorder. It is difficult to find therapists who specialize in this area of treatment. Susan would like to help change this.
