Susanna is a Clinical Licensed Master's Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in the field of social work. She earned a Master's Degree from the University of Michigan and earned a certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor from the Original Intuitive Eating Pros, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. She specializes in working with clients who desire to heal their relationship with food and their body; specifically those struggling with binge eating disorder (BED) and emotional eating. She also specializes in working with anxiety and mild-moderate depression.

Susanna uses a variety of modalities including Mindfulness Based Therapy (MBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength of All Parts (derived from IFS), along with a strong emphasis on the mind-body-spirit connection.
