Professional statement

Dialectical behavior therapist support clients in living what we call “A Life Worth Living”, and this is for me a life that is guided by your values, one that you would want to continuously prioritize while mindfully sharing it with others.

Message to clients

I specialize in utilizing DBT to help folx who experience the pain of the extremes of being “too emotional” to grasp the present reality, and “too logical” to emotionally connect with themselves and others. Currently licensed in FL, GA and VT.

I know that this process can be scary and tiresome, and highly recommend booking a few consultations before choosing a therapist that feels like the right fit for you. I look forward to meeting.
