Teresa M. Dombrowski is a skilled and trained licensed mental health counselor, licensed chemical dependency counselor, certified in advanced addiction counseling, and co-owner of Diversity Counseling, LLC. Teresa has been providing direct and indirect services in the field of mental health and addiction counseling for more than 10 years. Teresa is not only one of the main therapists at the group Diversity Counseling, LLC but she is also the executive administrator of the group.

Having graduated from San Francisco Ecclesiastical Orthodox University with a Master of Arts in Holistic Counseling, her approach to helping clients struggling with mental health and substance use disorder is rooted in spiritual and transpersonal counseling. Teresa draws from previous experience in the fitness and wellness industry, where she helped clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. She was also instrumental in developing a ministry for New England Teen Challenge, designed to help adolescents struggling with substance use disorder reach their goals for sobriety in the context of spiritual growth.

Drawing on her training and experience in psychotherapy, cognitive/behavioral, humanistic, existential, spiritual, and transpersonal counseling, Teresa helps clients struggling with mental health and substance use disorder understand the importance of cultural and family contexts, personality, attitudes, and wellness belief systems in achieving long-term recovery.

I hold a Master of Arts in Holistic Counseling from San Francisco Ecclesiastical Orthodox University. My approach to helping clients who are struggling with mental health and substance use disorders is rooted in spiritual and transpersonal counseling.

Before entering the field of mental health and addiction counseling, I gained valuable experience in the fitness and wellness industry, helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
