Message to clients

Hi! I am so glad you are here and I would be honored to work with you and be called your therapist.

I want to make sure my clients feel heard and not judged because if we weren't able to wholeheartedly be ourselves in therapy, what would be the use, right? Therapy can be really hard, especially if we've never been to therapy, if we don't know where to start, or if we have a difficult time opening up. I want therapy to be the place where we end the stigma of all stigmas, where we could be open and say whatever it is on our mind, and a place where people feel safe.
