Dr. Haick has extensive training in CBT and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and was intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by the treatment's creator, Dr. Marsha Linehan. She uses evidence-based treatments to help clients foster more effective coping skills, enhance mindfulness practice, change habits, improve communication and relationships, and challenge problematic patterns.
