Message to clients

As someone who has not been a therapist for my entire life, I understand how hard it can be for people to take that very vulnerable step and reach out for help. It can be helpful to have that one hour per week when you do not have to put on a brave face or a mask. Instead, you get to be 100% yourself without fear of judgment. I will meet you where you are in your life and help you get to where you want to be therapeutically.

My goal going into this was to work with men primarily. Fellas, please know that you have someone in your corner to navigate the issues we face as men. However, I have found I am working with people of all walks of life and not just men.

As you may have noticed, I use several different approaches focusing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy. However, I use whatever approach is appropriate for each person because therapy is not a "one size fits all" endeavor. Give me a shout, and together we can figure out what works best for you.
