Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsTravis Luttrull is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Miles City, MT. Travis supports young adults and adults whose mental health negatively impacts their ability to live fulfilling and connected lives. Many of Travis’ clients struggle with ADHD or OCD, as well as anxiety, low self-esteem, and low motivation. Travis enjoys working with men as they strive for personal development or as they cope with difficult emotions, including veterans.
Travis begins each therapeutic relationship by building trust and creating a space that feels open, safe, and nonjudgmental. He shows his clients that all feelings are important and gives them the space to talk about those feelings. He practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a therapy approach that teaches individuals how to examine and align their lives closer to their core values. Clients practice managing difficult emotions and working through conflicts with themselves and others with empathy and compassion.
Travis earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arizona. He encourages clients to lead therapy sessions, taking the conversation towards their interests and needs. He believes that everyone who engages in therapy is courageous, and affirms his clients’ decisions to prioritize their mental health and well-being.
