Vicki strives to empower clients to make healthy changes in their lives. She takes a holistic focus on each client, helping them find balance in their lives. She is a compassionate therapist who encourages clients to see their own strengths and natural resilience. She uses hypnotherapy and mindfulness therapies with many of her clients so they can shift their attention intentionally, which can benefit the body in many ways. She also teaches clients about their thought patterns through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as often these thought patterns can lead to an exacerbation of symptoms.
