Her journey started in earning a Bachelors in Art from Clark-Atlanta University, then a Masters of Art with a focus in Mental Health Counseling from Hampton University. For over eight years, she has had the honor of working in mental health across various settings.
Zoe finds herself most impactful with Millennials, empowering and motivating them towards having the relationships they’ve felt were always out of reach. She enjoys debunking irrational thoughts and giving tangible tools each session. Zoe really looks forward to identifying and seeing the changes you want, manifest while you are working with her.
Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness, my therapy sessions are client-centered and rooted in creating an organic connection. Though these terms may not mean much to you now, our use of them in therapy will:

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Life coaching - Identifying intentions and implementing strategies to build resilience and work towards one’s personal, health, or career goals
Race & cultural identity - Exploring topics of racial, cultural, and ethnic background as it relates to one’s family origins and personal identity
Transition to new parenthood - Working with parents as they adjust to new parenthood
Life purpose & meaning - Exploring one’s beliefs and values around life purpose, meaning, and spirituality; addressing the barriers to living a life that feels fulfilling, including instigating change or developing new habits
