Anxiety Management Group — Zencare

Anxiety Management Group

Description

Small group (6 person max) for adults wanting help with anxiety. This group is a closed group, meaning who starts at the beginning will be together for the entire 8 weeks with no new people added. The group focuses on managing anxiety through working with the thoughts, emotions, and body as anxiety is not only experienced in the head or body, but everywhere.

The groups are held in the waiting room, providing enough social distancing and no interruptions as it is a Sunday morning.
