Description
Going through a traumatic breakup or divorce can be devastating. However, it can also be a time of positive transformation if navigated well. This four-session group will provide compassionate support that will help you both move forward and use the breakup as a platform for emotional growth.
Through a series of guided exercises, Dr. Sarah Gundle will enable you to examine patterns in your relationships, identify areas you wish to change, and help you craft a coherent narrative of what went wrong in the relationship. In addition to the group, you will also get strategic homework assignments through a breakup workbook that Dr. Gundle has developed.
