Join us every Friday to learn new DBT skills to help you build distress tolerance, self-regulate your overwhelming emotions, and develop healthier bonds. The facilitator, Kathryn, was trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy through Marsha Linehan's Behavioral Tech Program. She is dedicated to helping women improve their lives, learn how to regulate their emotions, develop effective communication and coping skills. This DBT skill group is for those who are not living up to their best potential in life and would like to do and feel better. Hope to see you soon.

When working with couples, Kezzia uses the Gottman Method to help couples improve communication and regain one another’s trust. She believes in couples learning how to be each other’s best friends to improve their relationship.

She is there to guide them every step of the way by offering a safe and supportive environment. Prior to moving into private practice, she worked in the social work field.
