Dr. Matthew Mandelbaum is a Licensed Psychologist specializing in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in Midtown Manhattan. Dr. Mandelbaum’s work focuses on giving clients the tools and skills they need to cope and succeed. He has expertise in anxiety, depression, building self-esteem, personality disorders, and helping individuals who are not meeting career/professional goals. He also enjoys working extensively with emerging adults as they develop their identity and grow personally, socially, and professionally. He understands the excitement and challenges that accompanies living in New York City, and looks forward to helping his clients explore their ambitions and reach their goals. He provides both individual and group therapy.
