This is a virtual small group/class for males/men who are having difficulties with balancing the pressures of a fast paced career. It is a 6 week group/class where we review information/skills and discuss ways of implementing in your life.
Group Therapist
MLH Psychological Services is directed by Dr. Laracuenta-Hernandez and includes a staff of clinicians that are committed to maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice. We offer the flexibility of remote therapy sessions and hybrid (in person and remote) psychological testing.
Dr. Melissa Laracuenta-Hernandez is a licensed school-clinical psychologist committed to promoting individual and community wellness. Her practice focuses on serving individuals and families who are often underrepresented in the mental health field such as those who are BIPOC, Latino/a/x/e, LGBTQIA+, bicultural, biracial, and first/second generation. Ms. Yetunde Bamisile is a licensed master social worker who specializes in working with teens and young adults.
Our clients are often ambitious, high achieving, creative and curious. We work with teens, adults and families to help them navigate life stressors and conditions such as anxiety, trauma, complex trauma and imposter syndrome.
All of our clinicians value the therapist-client relationship as one that is genuine, connected and down to earth. We are always professional clinicians, but lead with humanity.
